Emma qualified as a registered nutritional therapist in 2021 after studying with the Institute for Optimum Nutrition. She founded the integrative health practice Considered Health where she works to support clients with complex chronic health conditions. Before embarking on a career in lifestyle medicine she studied psychology and economics at Durham University, and London School of Economics. She worked in Argentina and parts of Africa implementing micro finance projects, and has a history working with small and medium charities.
She is a keen forager, and believes that whole health is only possible when the wider context of a persons experience is considered.
